Bec Baran

Director, Service Delivery, Intake and Family Liaison Support

Bec founded her business Compassionate Care 4 Kids in 2012 having worked in a special education setting for several years prior. Bec identified a large need for quality support to children and young people diagnosed with a disability in our region. Bec applies her experience and knowledge providing support to children, young people and adults who have experienced trauma and neglect.

Bec has been working within the disability field for over 20 years supporting children, youth and young adults. She is caring and compassionate and endeavours to provide those she supports with a sense of safety, belonging and empowerment.

Bec’s role within Compassionate Care 4 All is to oversee business operations, continue to support participants on the ground, spending some of her time in the office as well as meeting with participants, families and service providers.

Bec holds the following qualifications; Bachelor of Social Work with Distinction, Diploma of Welfare Studies and First Aid Level 2.

Our Team

Staff employed with Compassionate Care 4 All hold various qualifications related to the field.

All of our team members hold Level 2 First Aid and have passed a National Police Check.

Some staff may also hold additional qualifications, and are matched with our participants according to the participant’s needs.

Uniforms/Badges are worn at all times, except at the request of the participant.

All of our staff have completed the NDIS Quality Safeguard Training Framework.

Our Compassionate Care 4 All team is made up of the following:

  • Disability Support Workers (Certificate IV in Disability or currently studying to achieve this)
  • Administration Staff
  • Youth Mentors
  • Volunteers/Student placement
